How can I track the status of my order?

As soon as the package has been passed to Royal Mail, you will receive an email with all your delivery details. From this point, you can track your delivery online by clicking on the dispatch number. Track your order here.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

After payment is made, your order will be with you within 2-3 working days.

Is postage free of charge?

Yes, orders of £25.00 or more are delivered for free! Postage costs are automatically calculated during the payment process. For orders below £25.00, postage is charged at £3.90.

Which delivery company will handle my parcel?

We send your order with Royal Mail. Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive delivery tracking information by email from us and Royal Mail.

Can I edit my order?

We process orders very quickly. This means we are usually not able to make any changes to the products selected or the delivery address after order confirmation. However, please get in touch with customer service as quickly as possible after placing your order and we will try to help.

Unfortunately cancellations are usually not possible, because our warehouse works very quickly to ensure that your package is immediately dispatched and on its way to you.

Is it possible to arrange delivery to a parcel collection point?

Home delivery is the standard option for parcels with Royal Mail.

My parcel has been returned to sender. Why?

If your name is not visible on the mailbox or your parcel has been damaged by Royal Mail, it will be sent back to us.

Please feel free to contact our customer service if you want your order to be sent out again.

How can I return my order?

Please submit a return request in our returns portal. After your return has been received, we will refund the purchase price.

How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?

1. Please submit your money-back guarantee request via our returns portal.
2. Once your money-back guarantee request has been reviewed and approved, we will send you a Royal Mail return label by email.
3. Send your product back to us – we specifically need the cardboard package and all blister packs, even if they are already empty.
4. As soon as we have received the returned items in full, we will arrange a refund of the purchase price.
Please note that the cost of return shipment will be deducted from your refund total.

What conditions apply to the 30-day money-back guarantee?

The money-back guarantee can only be used within 30 days of purchase. To claim on this guarantee the product must be returned to us, including all blister packs (even if they are already empty).
The money-back guarantee can only be used once per product.
If you have ordered a product multiple times, the money-back guarantee can only be used for one packet.

How do I make use of my right to cancel?

1. You can submit a return request via our returns portal
2. After your returns request is reviewed, we will send you a Royal Mail return label via email.
3. Send your product back to us.
4. As soon as we have received and reviewed the returned item(s), we will arrange a refund of the purchase price. Please note that the cost of return shipment will be deducted from your refunded total

Do I need to pay for return shipment myself?

The cost for a return label is £3.75 per shipment, irrespective of weight and size. Your prepaid label will be sent to you by email and the cost of the label will simply be deducted from the refund amount.

When will I receive my refund?

All payments that we have received from you will be refunded without delay, and at the latest fourteen days from when we receive the message about your return. Refunds are made exclusively via the original payment method. As soon as the refund has been triggered, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Can I combine Kijimea multiple products and take them at the same time?

As there are no known side effects nor mutual interactions for the products, there are no contraindications for taking multiple products at the same time.

However, we are legally not able to make any express claims relating to specific individual cases or illnesses. We therefore recommend contacting your own doctor in any case.

Where is Kijimea produced?

Our products are manufactured in Germany. The probiotic bacteria are produced in Italy.

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

There is an “unsubscribe here” button at the end of every newsletter.

Your newsletter subscription can be cancelled at any time. Please feel free to contact our customer service if you wish to be removed from our mailing list.

How will I receive my newsletter subscription gift?

1. Register for our newsletter
2. You will receive an email asking you to confirm your registration
3. After confirmation you will receive an email with your individual gift code. Clicking on “REDEEM NOW” will automatically add the code to your basket when you add a chargeable product to the basket.

How can I manage my subscription service?

Please log in to your Kijimea customer account and select the "Manage Subscription" section.

You will now be redirected to our subscription login. Enter the email address you used when purchasing your subscription.

How can I reschedule or pause my next delivery?

Click the "Reschedule" button and select your next custom delivery date.

Would you like to skip the next delivery? Then click the "Skip" button and easily pause the next scheduled delivery.

How can I add new products to my subscription service?

You have the option of purchasing a new product in our online shop and selecting the subscription service for this product as well.

How can I cancel the subscription service?

1. Login to your customer account.
2. Click on “manage subscriptions”.
3. Select your active subscription.
4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" below your subscription overview.
5. You will receive a cancellation confirmation via email.
